Who We Are

An interdenominational Christian movement for leadership and unity.

The Christian Leadership Net-Work is dedicated to advancing peace, unity and stability through church leadership, training, ordination, mentoring and community transformation.

We believe that strong churches build strong communities, and strong Christian leaders help shape stable, peaceful and morally grounded nations.

CLN serves as a catalyst for collaboration between denominations, a hub for leadership development and a platform for preparing the next generation of ordained ministers, church workers and community leaders.

Biblical Foundation

“To equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.”

Christian Leadership Net-Work is founded on the biblical mandate of Ephesians 4:12–13. This scripture guides our commitment to equipping believers for service, strengthening the body of Christ and preparing leaders who can serve with wisdom, humility, integrity and kingdom purpose.

Our Strategic Objectives

Building responsible Christian leadership for the Church and society.

National Stability

CLN works with church leaders, government institutions, civil society and community stakeholders to promote peace, harmony, ethical leadership and national stability.

Leadership Accountability

Through mentoring, training, succession planning and leadership guidance, we help prevent leadership crises and support continuity within Christian communities.

Church Unity

We foster interdenominational cooperation by focusing on shared Christian values rather than divisions.

Training and Ordination

CLN provides structured training, certification, mentoring and ordination pathways for pastors, evangelists, ministers and lay leaders.

Community Transformation

We mobilize churches to respond to community needs in education, health, youth empowerment, leadership mentoring and social care.

Peacebuilding

We encourage faith-based participation in civic and social initiatives that strengthen communities and support peaceful coexistence.

Our Vision

To see a unified, empowered and godly leadership movement shaping the Church and society with integrity, stability and transformative impact.

Our Mission

To raise and equip Christ-centered leaders who model godly character, promote national harmony and peacebuilding, advance unity across denominations, multiply disciples and champion community transformation.
